Lynne has been a trailblazer and leader in the wellness space since she started teaching yoga in 2001. Her deep calling to work with natural healing modalities came in the 90s as she had overcome some battles in her college years after she had dropped out of college twice and been admitted to 2 hospitals for eating disorders and mental health issues. Her 1st dive into this world started with a book on yoga and eventually visiting the New England School of Acupuncture in the mid 90s. Their student clinic was the perfect place to learn about herself and the world of alternative healing. She was healing her heart from a recent break up with her fiance and also needed to delve into healing beyond pharmaceuticals.

After completing her 1st teacher training at The Kripalu Center in 2001, she was hooked on yoga and quickly decided to dedicate herself to learning as  much as she could and to begin teaching somewhere as soon as possible. She embarked on renting her own space and bringing in other teachers to collaborate.  Back Bay Yoga was known for its down to earth, approachable and sincere offerings for over 12 years when she decided to sell the studio in 2015. She rebirthed herself on Nantucket where she opened a wellness based cafe which had been a long dream of hers while in Boston. Roastd General Store was born and quickly become known at the go to place for amazing wellness infused lattes, house-made nut milks and carefully sourced wellness products and more. While she loved the work and community she realized that she had to fully step away to deal with some unhealed health issues.

Since 2021 Lynne has re-immersed herself in as much learning in order to address the root cause of her long time issues and get her health back. Her thyroid was suffering and affecting all aspects of her life - mental, physical and emotional. It was also colliding with menopausal symptoms to create the perfect storm. Along the way she met some great teachers, guides and the learning never ends. She found her way to Amphibian Medicines and other natural medicines that have ultimately helped to create the space for her to address and clear out the root issues of her illnesses. Lynne's work bridges between the liminal space of Yoga, Sound and Healing with the science of NeuroBiology, Tangible results and extensive training. She is is now dedicated to private, couples, groups and families to create dynamic, transformational and healing sessions, workshops, retreats and trainings.. She holds offerings in Mexico, Costa Rica, California and around New England.
